Priorities

Priorities keep the main lane visible so the day does not turn into a fight between every task that feels urgent.

Why it exists

This was created for adult men with ADHD who need the app to meet them inside a real day, not inside a perfect plan.

Why it is made this way

The ADHD brain can hold seventeen urgent things at once and make progress on none of them. This narrows it down to one. Not because everything else doesn't matter, but because the brain works better with a clear target than with an open contest between every task that feels equally loud.

Use it well

Use it when the day starts to blur. Pick the task that would genuinely change the day, then let the rest become secondary.
